MBC XXII, STAY TUNED

MBC Cap is the Maximum Handicap allowed for MBC XXI.

Course Handicaps will be the lowest of Current USGA Index and MBC Cap.  If the spread between current index and the MBC Cap is 3.0 or greater, the average of the two will be used.

Exceptional Scoring Adjustment.  If a player records 2 scores under their handicap, with the odds greater than 258:1 in the following table, handicaps will be adjusted by setting the revised index to the lowest of the 2 exceptional scores.http://www.popeofslope.com/sandbagging/odds.html
