Legend has it that the MBC was created in 2002 by Mike Eagle and Joe Castillo starting a conversation with "wouldn't it be great if..." They of course enlisted their slightly obsessive and driven golfing buddy, Giraldo. Mike Paz rounded out the inaugural foursome. With a small private plane and a dream, the MBC was born. The rest is history.

2009
Pete Evans had his first Hole-in-One on June 26, 2009 on the 136yd, 3rd hole at Tupelo during the opening Skins Game of the MBC. His ace was preceded by the seemingly random question to the Tour Director on the tee box at the third hole of "has anyone ever had a Hole-in-One at the MBC"? Nick Fernandez, not more than 5 minutes later, on the same hole, also made a Hole-in-One! The odds of two Holes-in-One occurring on the same hole back to back is about 16,000,000 to 1, give or take a couple million. THAT'S INCREDIBLE
2016
For his 2nd ever Hole-in-One, and 1st in the United States, Rodney Scott aced the 17th at Barefoot Fazio with a perfectly drawing 7-iron to a flagstick 175 yards in the distance.
Rodney's Ace was followed by one of the most awkward celebrations ever involving Giraldo, Eagle, and Broksch who witnessed the Hole-in-One in person. Let's just say that the missed chest bumps, high fives, and hugs made the famous Stevie/Tiger celebration look like a winning performance on Dancing with the Stars. Needless to say, all were very excited by the amazing shot.
2019
John Griffin approached the 8th hole at Reunion's Palmer course with the single goal in mind: to "put the ball in the F-ing hole". That's exactly what he did (and wrote so on the card) to record the 4th hole-in-one at MBC.

Alex Baumer gets a Hole in One on the 200-yard 2nd hole at Grand Palms during his MBC British Open Round.
